Information Memorandum Design
Working with BHP Corporate Finance in Leeds, we created the Information Memorandum (sale brochure) for the £25m sale of Walkers Transport, a national logistics firm.
The operation of Walkers Transport was extremely complex and in order to deliver as much information about this complexity and the profitability it delivered, we were required to produce not only the usual brochure style pages and financial tables, but also intricate infographics outlining the work flows required to operate as a national network partner.
An additional element of complexity was in the requirement for every brochure to be trackable through security codes.
